Celtic fans debuted a brand new chant for centre-half duo Cameron Carter-Vickers and Auston Trusty in this afternoon’s 3-0 victory over St. Mirren.

£6m-man Trusty got his first goal in green and white, netting a glancing header either side of a Nicolas Kuhn brace.
The 26-year-old returned to the Hoops’ lineup at the expense of Liam Scales, who dropped out after a sub-par display at Ibrox on Thursday.
Trusty coped well against St. Mirren, helping his side to a clean sheet.
Some fans would argue he didn’t deserve to come out of the team in the first place; he has a congenial partnership with his fellow countryman Carter-Vickers.
The pair were defensively sound this afternoon, and in the second half, a new chant for them could be heard.
Debuted by the Green Brigade, it goes to the tune of ‘American Boy’ by “”. The lyrics are:
‘Celtic’s centre backs, oh you should see them play
‘Cameron Carter-Vickers and Auston Trusty
‘I really want to, win the league with you
‘You’ll be our American Bhoys’

A catchy number, once it gets into your head, the song will likely gain popularity over the next few days.
It remains to be seen, though, whether Trusty will keep his place alongside Carter-Vickers at the heart of Celtic’s defence against Dundee United on Wednesday.
