Former Celtic star, Kieran Tierney, is set to miss Scotland’s World Cup qualifier against Ukraine, which is rumoured to be played on the 6th of June.
The full-back returned to his club from international duty with an injury, with the Gunners boss not optimistic about a quick return for the player. On Tuesday, Arsenal confirmed that Tierney would miss the remainder of the club’s season;

The 24-year-old will now go under the knife in the coming days. It’ll then become clearer when he can expect to return to action.
It comes as a blow to Scotland fans. Kieran has been a star in recent games, bombing up and down the left-hand side and being defensively sound.
Scotland has a great chance to qualify for this winter’s tournament. Not having Tierney in the side will be a significant loss. However, this could give former Celtic academy player Aaron Hickey, as he tries to break into his national side.
