Former Celtic Star Predicts ‘Sad’ Parkhead Exit

CELTIC will begin a rebuild this summer and many of the players who have delivered some of our famous moments over the past four years will leave the club on a low.

After winning everything in their wake for four consecutive seasons domestically, it always had to end but many believe it has done so prematurely.

One man who looks like he could be heading for a summer Parkhead exit is Scottish cup hero Tom Rogic.

The iconic image of the midfielder tugging on his jersey as he runs towards the Celtic support on the day we clinched our first of four trebles is written into folklore

Tom has been a great servant for the club and deserves a lot of respect for what he’s done for the side over the years, providing that bit of spark and magic when we needed it.

This season has been a step too far for many of our players.

Speaking about the potential of Tom Rogic leaving the club, former Celtic striker, Frank McAvennie said he would be personally sad to see the midfielder go but doesn’t think many fans will be too upset if the wizard of Oz leaves.

I would be sad to see him go because I am a big fan of Rogic.I think he is one of these players who never loses the ball. He can find a pass, he can score, as we saw last week, and he is strong. He is one who I love to watch.” Frank told Football Insider.

Rogic is a big game player who has scored some big goals in his time at Celtic. He might be one of a few leaving in the summer. I have not seen any fans upset about the players who are reportedly set to leave though. I do not think many fans will be too disappointed to see him go.”

Celtic have just eight games to go until the end of the season, they will not be winning any trophy this season and could lose the league title at Celtic Park in the coming weeks to our rivals.
