FORMER Celtic youth star Regan Hendry has been picked up by former Celtic scout John McGlynn after being released by the club this month.
Regan had been in the Celtic set up for six years but failed to make a first-team appearance in that time. He spent two separate stints at Raith Rovers during his time at Parkhead and with former Celtic scout John McGlynn back in the dugout for Raith, he has quickly snapped up the midfielder.
Taking to social media, Regan was delighted to put get his future sorted after receiving the hammer blow that Celtic would not be offering him a new deal.

Hendry is a talented lad and a lot of Raith Rovers fans were desperate to land him on a permanent deal when they heard Celtic were letting him go.
The 21-year-old will be looking to go out next season and prove a point with his new side.
