Former Celtic Outcast Continues Post Parkhead Revival

JACK HENDRY has revitalised his career after leaving Celtic for Oostende on loan last summer. After impressing, the Belgian club took upon the option to buy him and later sold him to Club Brugge for a profit in the same window.

Having played Group Stage champions league football, Hendry has received another honour, he has been named in the Belgian league’s team of the year.

It is great to see Jack progress in his career and become a top player. It was never going to work out at Celtic for the Scotland International. He did not have the backing of the manager with fans also against him. In order to achieve what he has done so, he had to move on and he will not be looking back.

He played, and impressed, in Europe’s elite competition in the toughest group, Manchester City, PSG and RB Leipzig joined the Belgian club who finished bottom with four points.

In the league, his side occupies second place as they look to close the seven-point gap to retain their trophy.
