Former Celtic flop Marvin Compper has taken a massive step in his coaching career by joining up with Markus Gisdol at Lokomotiv Moscow.
The former Celrtic defender will become an assistant manager at the Russian club as he forges his path ahead in the game.
Marvin was brought in under Brendan Rodgers when there was a need for experience at the back. The defender only played one game for the club in what was an expensive mistake.
Someone at Celtic clearly signed Marvin without Brendan’s go ahead. This wasn’t uncommon, Brendan famously found out we were signing Marian Shved during a press conference.

Marvin has gone down as a joke figure among supporters because of his lack of game time. The German had more time trackside working with German media outlets during his time at Celtic than actually playing for the club.
He’s hung up his boots but is keen to continue his football career, we wish him all the best in Russia.
