FORMER CELTIC Striker and Neil Lennon signing Lassad Nouioui is currently in intensive care after suffering a heart attack this morning during training with his current club Toledo.
In a statement from the club, they reveal the quick actions of Lassad’s teammates was vital in getting the player to the hospital.
The quick reaction of his teammates and relief was the key to stabilizing the player. Lassad, whose prognosis is reserved, will remain under observation for the next 48 hours and will continue to be examined.”
The player had 19 appearances for Celtic after signing back in 2012.
