Neil Lennon said in his pre-match interview that today’s clash against Livingston concerned him. His instincts were not wrong as a lacklustre Celtic have made a hard task harder as they go down to ten men.
Ryan Christie got his marching orders after only 25 minutes of football and Celtic have it all to do now.
Red card for Christie….serious serious offence according to Walker… pic.twitter.com/QHmyeM112U

After the glamour of a European night at Celtic Park on Thursday, Celtic return to fake pitches and overly defensive teams. That is not to take anything away from Livi, so far they have matched every Celtic player on the park.
It is going to take a bit of magic or something special now for Celtic to break the deadlock. With over an hour to play with ten men, Lennon will be hoping his team can unlock the Livingston defence sooner rather than later.
Celtic don’t want to be giving any encouragement to the teams beneath them. Lennon has a strong bench today he might be tempted at half-time to make a change.
