The SPFL fixtures should be out tomorrow that will let fans know what the run in will look like.
Originally, Celtic vs The Rangers match was being scheduled for the 22nd April, the first game after the split. However, since this game could now see Celtic lift the league trophy, that game has apparently been pushed back a week and Celtic will now look to win the League at Easter Road if reports are true.

If these fixtures are accurate, there’s a scenario that Celtic and Aberdeen could play each other two weeks in a row at the end of the season should both sides get to the Scottish Cup Final again.

Hibs have been worthy foes to Celtic this season and it’s not a foregone conclusion that Celtic will win against Lennon’s men, leaving Celtic open to winning the league against The Rangers the following week if Rodgers men did drop points.
All of this is conjecture at the moment but it seems for now, the SPFL bottled it with regards to a title winning Glasgow Derby game.
