Celtic are set to open a brand new store in the heart of Glasgow city centre.
The Scottish champions have received planning approval from Glasgow City Council to move into the former Next premises on Queen Street, just beside Primark. The move signals a significant upgrade, with the current Argyle Street outlet set to close in the coming months.

Celtic announced the store on Thursday afternoon.
The new store is expected to be much larger and more modern than its predecessor, aligning with Celtic’s growing commercial presence and their strengthened relationship with kit supplier Adidas.
Fans can look forward to a sneak peek inside the store in the near future, as preparations continue for a grand opening later this year. The prominent location will make it easier than ever for supporters and tourists alike to snap up official merchandise right in the heart of the city.
With the club riding high on the back of a fourth consecutive league title and a fresh decade-long deal with Adidas, the launch of the new store marks another positive step in Celtic’s off-field growth and commercial expansion.
It’s a 10-year extension to their Adidas contract, which was set to expire in the summer, but both parties were keen to keep the partnership going.
