Last night, former Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon played his part as Steve Clarke’s side went on to defeat at Israel with a late goal at Hampden Park.
Of course, this isn’t the first time Gordon has seen a crucial late winner in the countries national stadium and some fans noticed a familiar sight in his celebration at the end of the game.
In footage released by the Scotland Twitter account, the shot-stopper lets out his relief at winning the game late on at Hampden Park, similar to his reaction after Tom Rogic’s strike to win the Invincible Treble against Aberdeen back in 2017.

After being released by Celtic, Gordon has gone on to make a return to the international side due to his performances for Hearts in both the Premiership and Championship.
Fair play to him for that, but I don’t think many supporters will be losing much sleep over Gordon being replaced after becoming third choice at the club in his final year.
It was good to see the return of a full-house Hampden, celebrating a last-minute goal. However, I think we can all agree that the Rogic celebration was far better and fingers crossed we can see more great scenes on the Hoops visit to Hampden next month.
