GOLF CORRESPONDENT. Ewan Murray has had a swipe at Celtic fans for backing the SPFL over the last couple of months. The Guardian journalist has been on a massive crusade alongside Tom English since it became clear Celtic would be champions and Hearts would be relegated.
I am chuckling at the Celtic fans on here… advocating or revelling in the SPFL’s behaviour of recent months. We are one disputed penalty away from the same people breaking the internet.

The SPFL have never filled ourselves with confidence but the way certain journalists and clubs have gone about their business since the shut down forced a lot of people to pick a side. Usually the more coherent points win out and that’s what’s happened in this instance.
Howling at the moon and discrediting any valid points they might have by a constant barrage of attacks over social media.
Celtic fans know the SPFL governance is far from perfect. I think what Ewan is seeing is a lot of supporters who have no sympathy for Hearts being relegated. Given the two clubs history, there’s unlikely to be any tears down Parkhead way for the Jam Tarts.
