Speaking ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League game against Borussia Monchengladbach, the defender feels intensity is the key for Celtic as they look to gain a win over the Germans.

The Man City game was a perfect example of the players bringing out the best in the fans and vice versa. To replicate the desire and the noise tomorrow would go a long way.

“At home, we need these games to be our fort. When teams come here they need to be frightened” said the Danish defender.

“If we can get the same intensity we had the last time against Man City, will be to our advantage.”

The Celtic fans help set the tone on European nights and the defender wants the players to lift the supporters from an early stage on Wednesday night.
