Celtic fans have media sites have been profiling the under 23 coach since his name appeared on a list of potential Celtic candidates to replace Neil Lennon.
Enzo continues to impress in his youth level role, his side top of the table and playing ridiculously good football.

Celtic have yet to appoint a sporting director and that’s likely to happen before a manager is installed.
Enzo could be an up and coming manager the hoops could take a punt on, that’s what it would be though, a punt. Much like Ronny Deila who was never given any slack as he tried to create a culture and build something.
The impatience of our support could see a guy like Enzo chewed up and spit out of things don’t go his way from the off.
It would be an interesting appointment to say the very least.
