ENGLISH PUNDIT Chris Kamara has taken time to praise Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers and his team during his quick visit north of the border.
With so many English pundits and ex-pros trying to put Celtic down at every turn it was refreshing to listen to Chris give the Celtic manager such a glowing reference.
The Sky Sports man didn’t hold back with his praise.
“If that was down south in the Premier League we would be singing it from the rooftops,” Kamara admitted.
He added: “I can say now, within my lifetime that will never be beaten.
“Brendan is still on the cusp of being one of the best managers in the world because of what he can achieve.”
In a week where everyone and their Aunty wants to talk about Celtic in a negative light, Kamara should be applauded for breaking from the pack and speaking some sense.
Chris Kamara had the good fortune of wearing a Celtic jersey in the past, playing in Stan Petrov’s charity match. We think he has a soft spot for the club.
