It looks like David Turnbull could get his money-spinning move after all to the glamorous town of Sheffield to play in England’s second tier.

Reports today claim Sheffield Wednesday will match Motherwell’s valuation of the player which Celtic already met last week.

If so, the player and his agent will go down and speak to the club about a potential move.

SunSport confirms the club will look to bring the player in and offer him wages above what Celtic have offered them. If that’s the case then most Celtic fans will be content to let this transfer pass them by.
