It’s the end of the line for one Celtic loanee after Ronny Deila admitted they will not be looking to extend his stay beyond January.
The midfielder only featured in a handful of appearances for Celtic during his loan period, the latter of those were as a sub.
“Jo Inge is going to leave us – That is definite” said Deila.
Joe Inge Berget will now go back to Cardiff next month.
Some people weren’t happy with Celtic’s signing policy this summer with only one permanent deal being done among a flurry of loan signings. But the fact Celtic can now offload flop Berget without any trouble is a major plus.
Celtic are looking to strengthen in January and getting rid of Joe will free up some wage space.
