There’s set to be an emergency meeting between the twelve top-flight clubs and the SPFL this afternoon to discuss the allegations The Rangers have made against the SPFL.
There’s an EGM set for later in May but this meeting has been primarily set up so the Ibrox club will finally show their evidence against the league according to tor RecordSport.
Right now, there’s no guarantee the Ibrox club will hand this over.
Celtic will be on the video call along with the rest of the top-flight clubs as everyone look to put an end to this madness one way or the other.
The Parkhead club has remained silent during all this and if there’s substantial evidence of wrongdoing then it must be shared so we can move forward.
The league is still hanging in the balance with no sign of the shut down coming to an end any time soon.
The clubs along with the SPFL are doing their best to explore avenues which would lead to the season being finished before August but those sub-groups have an almighty task on their hands.
The government could ultimately make the decision for the league, as we’ve seen in France.
