Embarrassing – UEFA Set for Fresh Ibrox Sanction After Bottle Thrown

Ibrox was treated to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of a superior Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday night but it appears as if some of the people couldn’t take it.

A glass bottle was thrown at Leon Bailey as he scored the German side’s third of the evening. The striker picking it up to show what had been thrown his way.

UEFA will likely hammer the Ibrox side who have already had fines and sanctions this season because of their supporter’s misbehaviour.

The right result on the night on a pitch where football couldn’t be the winner.

Celtic players must be wary of these types of attacks when they head to Ibrox on Sunday. Disgraceful.

SunSport are reporting UEFA will now likely take action.

This isn’t isolated at Ibrox, we’ve had our own players attacked by a pitch invader.

A battery was thrown at Leigh Griffiths

It can get toxic when they lose on their own turf.
