Since then, the striker has played in Greece and Iran both moves ended horribly with threat of court action from his former club in Greece while he still be in dispute with Tractor Sazi over lost wages.
On Friday, the former Celtic striker signed a deal with Turkish side Adana Dermirspor and will now look to do the business for his new club.

Stokes started as a trainee at Arsenal and once famously turned Celtic down to play in England, only for the club to finally sign him later down the line.
