Ange Postecoglou made a funny comment on Friday afternoon when he was asked about the change of management at Ibrox.
The Australian has always been very clear when it comes to other clubs — he’s not interested. He’s asked about Celtic and depending on the ilk of the question he’ll give you the answer.
When the Celtic manager is asked about non-Celtic things, he rightfully doesn’t entertain the question.
It was not surprise the Hoops gaffer replied to the Michael Beale question saying he gave it less thought than what’s he was having for dinner on Friday night. A funny little sound bite for Celtic fans who enjoy when Ange has a bit of fun at a daft question.

However, the Daily Record attempted to stir the pot yesterday when it came to the comments. They put out a bad faith question onto Twitter asking if Ange was being ‘disrespectful’ towards Rangers and Beale by replying the way he did.
Everyone who isn’t dense knows what Ange’s angle was when it came to the question. He’s been around long enough for everyone to know his character, the respect he has for his counterparts and the way he conducts himself.
To even put that question out there to suggest he was being disrespectful is blatant pot stirring by the same paper who still pulls out the ‘Record hotline’ which pits the most juvenile and obsessed supporters from both ends of Glasgow against one an other for clicks.
Some in the media talk about football supporters being petty while egging it on. A swing and a miss from the newspaper on this occasion.
