CELTIC fans have been left disappointed with the split fixtures for a number of reasons.

Many fans were hoping that the league could be wrapped up against our Glasgow rivals, hoping to get scheduled against The Rangers for the first game of the split. However, this wont be happening, unless Celtic drop points at Tynecastle. Police Scotland had demanded that the derby wouldn’t be the first game of the split.
However, depending on the score at Hearts, Celtic could break the goal record that the invincibles set at Ibrox.
The first game of the split will be an away match, something which has disappointed many fans who wished to watch their side win the league at home. The away allocation for this match is yet to be confirmed, but you’re looking at about 1,200 fans in the away end at Tynecastle. The demand for tickets is always high, but for this particular match, it’s going to be through the roof.
