A lot of people exonerated Moussa Dembele of any wrongdoing yesterday after his posts about Brendan Rodgers in the summer turned out to be on the mark.
The Frenchman intimated at the time we should be careful who we call our hero and this was in direct reference to Brendan Rodgers who outwardly preached loyalty to the Celtic support.
Tuesday’s astonishing events proved Moussa to be correct, but over an above all else it proves they’re BOTH two cheeks of the same arse.
While history will show Moussa warned us, that doesn’t discount the fact he left us high and dry very late in the summer transfer window with little hope of getting a replacement.

Let’s also remember Celtic’s poor start to the domestic season because of this knock-on effect.
Let’s also remember we had to go to Ibrox with no strikers because we only had two who were both out of action.
Moussa Dembele may feel vindicated in his description of Brendan Rodgers, but his social media posts are of a man gloating with no care for what Celtic fans are feeling. Both Rodgers and Dembele do not care about the support and both have massive egos in need of service. That’s why we seed Rodgers jump ship yesterday and that’s why we seen the juvenile response from Moussa.
