The rumour-mill is fast churning out players Celtic are interested in. One of the latest rumours is Celtic are interested in winger Israeli winger Tal Ben Haim, not to be confused with the other Israeli international and Charlton defender Tal Ben Haim.
The 25 year old is another player that seems to fit the mould that Ronny Deila is going for. He can play on either flank and can be very effective if placed just behind the strikers.
When asked about the player the Celtic manager was quick to admit he was interested in the player but there had been no contact as of yet between the club and Tel Aviv.
“He is one of many names we are talking about, but there is a long way from there to a signing,” said Deila.
Celtic will be averaging about a game every 3 days in the next month or two with 2 big ties against Inter Milan wedged right in the middle. It’s vital that they get some fresh faces in to help with the busy schedule.
