‘Criminal Negligence’ – Former Scottish Football Chief Slams Celtic Hierarchy

Former SPL chief Roger Mitchell has slammed the Celtic hierarchy this season for their complete and utter negligence which has led to a twenty point gap and counting.

Celtic officially lost the league title at Tannadice but in reality, it was all over by November and to compound things they hit the self destruct button by travelling to Dubai during a pandemic.

Celtic lost 12 points in January, an incredible amount dropped to the idiocy of continuing with a manager who had called out a dressing room back in August but continued to play the culprits he called out.

The willingness to stick with Neil Lennon out of some sort of duty or loyalty was so misguided that not even the explanation of hindsight can be used as an excuse.

Mitchell is a Celtic fan and hasn’t been quiet about his allegiance but he has also been hypercritical of the club at times since becoming a civilian.

Today, he believes this season and the men who overseen it took part in criminal negligence.
