Celtic’s 2023/24 campaign is due to kick off soon.
The Bhoys are set to return to Lennoxtown on Monday ahead of a month’s preparation before league action finally commences on the weekend of August 5th.
Currently, the plan is for Celtic to go to Portugal prior to their Asian tour initially.
In the Far East, the Bhoys will firmly visit Japan, where they will play matches against Yokohama F. Marinos and Gamba Osaka.
After this, they are scheduled to go to South Korea.

Nevertheless, the team they were supposed to play there, Wolves, have had to pull out.
The match was part of several clashes at the Asiad Stadium involving Celtic, Wolves, Roma and local team, Incheon United.
As well as Wolves, Roma have also pulled out.
This leaves just Celtic and Incheon United, although one wonders if the Bhoys will continue their plan due to Wolves and Roma pulling out.
Both sides not going seems a tad strange, therefore, it will be interesting to see what comes out of the Celtic camp in the coming days.
