With a few notable changes from the weekend, the side is looking to make the trip to Hampden as they continue their cup defence. It was the first piece of silverware that Ange Postecoglou, and many of the players, got their hands on in the green and white Hoops.

Some argue that winning the competition last season spurred Celtic on, installing confidence and belief into the players for the title charge.

Ange Postecoglou has chosen the following team to start tonight’s match.

Ben Siegrist is the main talking point, with the Swiss goalie starting the match.

Mooy starts in midfield again, after an impressive performance at the weekend, with Hatate and O’Riley playing alongside him.

Abada, Haksabanovic and Kyogo lead the line for the Hoops, looking to continue their attacking threat.

Ideguchi returns to the Celtic bench; he’ll be looking to make an impression after his lengthy time out.

Giakouamkis and Forrest will be disappointed to find themselves on the bench tonight after five goals between them at the weekend.

It’s a great team, one that is more than capable of getting a result.
