CELTIC FAN will have to shell out once again for a game which will not be shown on Sky Sports after the international break.
The pivotal Hibs vs Celtic tie, one of the best games the SPFL calendar offers will not be aired by the TV broadcaster and will instead wait until Sunday to show the live game between Celtic’s City rivals and Aberdeen.
It’ll be the third time this season a Celtic game falls beneath the cracks and forces faithful supporters to cough up a one-off fee to watch the tie.

Celtic SLO, JP Taylor was asked about the anomaly, considering in any other year, this game would have made TV.

It’s not the first and won’t be the last time Celtic fans are asked to go int their pockets.
Some will argue it’s still cheaper than an away day ticket and the expense of getting to the game etc. It’s a flawed argument when the majority who watch the game would have done so through SKY or BT last season as part of their monthly sub, right now, they’re paying through the roof to sit in their house.
Just a reminder, if you want to follow Celtic this season and happen to be a season ticket holder this is what you need to have.
- Season Ticket pass (Home games)
