Tonight’s fixture against Hibernian will defintely be going ahead, despite some players expressing concern about playing the game this evening.
Reported by journalist, Robert Grieve it has been confirmed that this game will go-ahead. As we brought to you earlier, there was some worry surrounding the game after some unnamed Hibs players reportedly expressed concern about playing after a positive Celtic test rocked the camp and meant 13 players were forced to self-isolate.
Celtic v Hibs goes ahead. Easter Road club expressed concerns over the safety of their players but SPFL refused Hibees request for Celtic players to be retested and insisted match must be played tonight or points docked.

The SPFL denied aa request from the Edinburgh side, that all Celtic players be retested and also warned that if they chose not to play, points would be docked as a result.
Some may see some outage at this but after other examples this season it makes sense that this goes ahead.
When it came to St Mirren not having a goalkeeper, there was no complaint from Hibs surrounding the game going ahead, so following by example this is the correct decision by the SPFL.
