Celtic’s defence of their Scottish Cup takes center stage today at Paradise aginst 150/1 outsiders Brechin.
It has been three weeks since the faithful have watched the Hoops line out and a lot of questions hung over team selection today. Was Brendan Rodgers going to field a traditional weaker side or was it going to be all guns blazing to ensure a double treble?
The manager’s team selection proves he’s not messing about. The only surprise if you could even call it that is that Edouard starts ahead of Griffiths and Dembele. Maybe the Celtic boss has seen something in training but Celtic couldn’t field a stronger starting 11.
