UEFA have confirmed Celtic’s share of the Champions League spoils for this year as the tournament heads towards its climax.
As the semi-finals approach, UEFA released the figures of every clubs share of the cash, and this is before gate receipts and any money Celtic earned in qualification and the last 32 of the Europa.
Celtic have made an estimated £28million.

The figures mean it has been another fruitful year for Celtic in the Champions League. The club did one better than last year and came third in a highly competitive group which consisted of Bayern Munich, PSG and Anderlecht.
Brendan Rodgers will hope to see some of that cash to reinvest in his squad in the coming months with a shake up in his squad expected in the summer.
