CALLUM MCGREGOR went off injured against Leipzig on Wednesday night, the Celtic captain suffering a knee injury.
Cal Mac’s poor touch outside the Leipzig box ended up in an incisive attack that saw the bhoys go behind. Callum would go off shortly after with Oli Abildgaard called upon despite his lack of game time to this point.

While we have Abildgaard and Mooy in there as cover, it remains to be seen if they can fill Callum’s boots.
Callum is a leader on and off the pitch, to lose his presence in the middle of the park for a prolonged period of time would be less than ideal.
