There was some questions around Cluj’s star man Billel Omrani participation at Celtic park on Thursday night after the frontman went off injured for his club at the weekend.
The striker who put Celtic to the sword in a second half blitz back in August was a doubt for the Europa showdown this week.
However, it appears he’s fit and ready to go and has declared he wants to score more at Parkhead on match-day two.
“I am fit and ready to play. I had some pain recently but I am fine now.” Omrani told SunSport.
“I want to score in every game I play in so of course I want to score here again.
“We will work hard for the victory. We work a lot in training and we play every single game to win. We will see what happens.”
Cluj have already shocked Lazio in the group and will be out to get their second win at Celtic Park in the same season.
Neil Lennon must make sure his stars are motivated to go and get the three points and make a real statement after their well-earned point in France on match-day one. Celtic are still hurting over their Champions League exit to the hands of the Romanian’s and they must look to right hat wrong on the night and make sure Omrani has a quiet evening.
