Club Official Reveals Real Reason Behind Celtic Snub

Celtic SLO, John Paul Taylor has added some clarity as to why Hibs vs Celtic will be behind a PPV pay wall on Saturday after Sky Sports seemingly snubbed the fixture.

JP explains there are 22 less games being shown this term because of Sky Sports having the sole rights to the SPFL and how clubs can only have maximum of five home games shown live in one season; Hibs have already had three.

The game will only be available on Hibs TV with the only shining light being Celtic TV commentary will be added so Celtic fans don’t have to listen to Hibs centric voices during the game.

The bhoys go to Easter Road on Saturday with a point to prove knowing they must keep the pressure on their city rivals.

The PPV will cost fans £14.99 on the day and unfortunately, you might have to see David Tanner during the broadcast.

Presumably, Sky want to save any games happening at Easter Road for later in the campaign when there could be more drama.
