TIMO WEAH scored a fantastic goal against his old club this evening and nobody would have blamed him for celebrating the strike.
However, the American put his hands up and walked back to the halfway line with his teammates.
After the game, he was asked about not celebrating the equaliser, he explained why:
“When I scored my first instinct was to celebrate because I haven’t scored for a while” The Lille star told BT Sport Live on air.
“Everything clicked in my head that I was back at Celtic. I didn’t want to disrespect the players and the coaching staff.
“As a group, when I was here, we went through so much things”
"I'm happy to be back at Paradise, seeing the boys, seeing the coaching staff.
"Every team has its ups and downs, but what Celtic stand for, they are always going to bounce back."

Timo spent less than six months at the club but built a good rapport with his former teammates and the fans.
A lot of the support wanted to see Weah back on a permanent basis but the fee PSG were demanding was out of our price range.
He eventually went to Lille for around ÂŁ9m and suffered a horrendous injury during his first season. It’s only now he’s starting to emerge again, we’re happy to see him going away as the losing player this evening.
But what a class act who clearly still has a soft spot for the bhoys.
