Chris Sutton only have a two word response to Celtic’s Champions League qualifying draw but they were pretty accurate.
The bhoys will be up against Danish side FC Midtjylland in the second round of the competition, hoping to make their way through the qualification process and get to the group stage. It’s going to be a tough ask, especially because the club are not in the Champions route.
Celtic also have so many problems to address on and off the field before the beginning of the season – a Champions League run seems unlikely.
Midtjylland have proven to be a decent side in Europe in recent times and will be a very tough challenge for Celtic when Ange Postecoglou takes charge of his first competitive game.

Brendan Rodgers was famously beaten by part time minnows Lincoln Red Imps in his first game in charge of the club with a better team than what we have at the moment.
Ange can’t be judged in these qualifiers, we can only hope for the bests under the circumstances.
