CHRIS SUTTON was on form this afternoon as he continued his jovial war of words with newly crowned WWE champions Drew McIntyre.
Drew is a Scottish wrestler who recently called our Chris during a BT Sport interview. The cross promotion being BT now air the WWE product in the UK and saw the opportunity to get some more eyes on what was going on.
Chris Sutton congratulated Drew who became the first person from the UK to hold the World title in the WWE.
But the former Celt couldn’t help but go on the wind up as he teased Drew for being a Gers fan.

This is probably not the last we’ve seen of these two verbally sparring on social media in what is one of the strangest crossovers to date.
It’s all in good humour but Chris Sutton calling the Challenge Cup the petrol tank cup is outstanding patter.
