CHRIS SUTTON was at the wind up on Friday night as he discussed Scottish football and Celtic’s upturn in form over the past two weeks.

The former Celtic striker was speaking with Darrell Currie and Ally McCoist about Ange Postecoglou slowly turning things around at Celtic, even when you consider he doesn’t have his full team in place yet.
As quoted by SunSport, Sutton was poking the bear when Ally was trying to play down Celtic’s form.
“Look at Ally’s face, I can see he is really worried. The Celtic machine is getting going.
“A big win against Dundee at the weekend, the competent performances against Jablonec, home and away.
“Tom Rogic coming to the fore. Ange is doing a great, great job and Celtic love playing in front of fans, something which is clearly a problem for the team on the other side of the city.
“Everything is moving in the right direction. Celtic are coming good, and they have plenty of energy.
“It’s a good start for Ange, but it’s only a start.”
Celtic smashed Dundee last weekend after a defeat at Hearts on the first day of the season. Dundee Utd did the Hoops a turn when they beat Celtic’s city rivals to bring them back on par.
It’s going to be an interesting season. I believe Celtic’s form could fluctuate wildly at times as Ange gets his ideas across. Playing with so much intensity and drive will mean sometimes we can be caught out.
However, if we play pass and move football and with the movement of our new striker Kyogo Furuhashi, there’s every chance we can carve open every defence in the league.
