Former Celtic striker and Sky Sports pundit Chris Sutton was full of praise for Celtic after the Hoops’ 3-0 win over Rangers in the Glasgow Derby at Celtic Park.
Celtic cruised to a comfortable win, with Sutton highlighting various aspects of the game in his post-match comments.
Celtic outstanding. McGregor ran the show once again. Kyogo sensational 👏👏Rangers were lucky it was only 3. A total demolition. I’m worried for Rangers…

Sutton highlights every key aspect of the game that needs to be addressed.

Celtic were brilliant for most of the game, dominating every aspect with a level of comfort that clearly establishes them as the best team in Scotland.
Callum McGregor is clearly back to his very best, which is no criticism of him by any means and is more to do with the high standards he has set for himself as a player at Celtic.
Kyogo Furuhashi was also back to his best.
Despite a frustrating start to the season with no goals before this afternoon’s game, he rose to the occasion when it mattered most against Rangers at Celtic Park.
Rangers were fortunate that the final score was only 3-0, and the future for Philippe Clement at Rangers remains uncertain.
He has struggled to stop Celtic repeatedly, with only one draw to his name and no wins against Brendan Rodgers.
Clement was praised last season for his victories against the rest of the league, but he has yet to demonstrate any special managerial abilities in Glasgow Derbies, qualities that Brendan Rodgers certainly possesses in abundance.
