Celtic seem to be sending a number of their fringe players out on loan this month.
Kwon has joined up with St. Mirren, meanwhile, Mackenzie Carse looks set to sign for Queen’s Park. Adam Montgomery has also got a move to Motherwell.
The one thing all of these moves have in common is that the destination of the players who are departing Celtic is Scotland and according to the Daily Record, the club wants to send a number of their fringe players out on loan to the Premiership to keep close tabs on them.

For many youngsters and those who have come across from abroad, loans to Scotland’s top flight are ideal. They allow players to get used to the demands of the league, and the physicality it brings.
Particularly in the past, the club have a track record of sending players on loan to clubs in Scotland and seeing them return to Glasgow and contribute. Ryan Christie and Liam Scales are prime examples of this.
The pair both had spells at Aberdeen, while Kris Ajer was successful with Kilmarnock during Rodgers’ first stint at the club, and new loanees Kwon, Carse, and Montgomery will be eager to replicate their properties and force their way into the manager’s plans when they return to Glasgow in the summer.
