Ryan Christie Lands Top Award

CELTIC’S newest superstar Ryan Christie has bagged player of the month for November after bursting into the Celtic scene.

The player has had success on-loan at Aberdeen but his exploits for Celtic over the past month or so have come from nowhere and propelled the little midfielder to one of the first names on the team sheet.

Christie can’t stop scoring, his goals and efforts were a big part of Celtic lifting the League Cup trophy on Sunday and he was back at it scoring again during the draw with Motherwell on Wednesday.

Ryan looked on his way out of Celtic with very little game time to his name and the only reason he got his chance was due to Olivier Ntcham being injured during Celtic’s Murrayfield semi-final against Hearts.

Add to that the likelihood he would have probably been told he could move on if Celtic managed to land John McGinn in the summer, his rise to prominence has just been a great story to watch.
