The 22-year-old forward, who made his first-team breakthrough under Brendan Rodgers last season, has caught the attention of clubs south of the border following a productive loan spell at Shamrock Rovers and a promising return to the Hoops.

Kenny netted 20 goals during his time in Dublin last season, including five in the Conference League, before returning to Celtic in January. He made his senior debut in a 4–1 win over Ross County and scored on his first start in May’s 5–1 victory at Pittodrie .
Despite his limited appearances, Kenny’s development has been closely monitored by Rodgers, who sees him as a valuable squad option. With Adam Idah as the only other recognised centre-forward and Daizen Maeda deputising brilliantly up top .
While the club has no intention of selling Kenny at this stage, Anthony Joseph reports that Celtic may consider loan offers later in the transfer window, depending on incoming business and squad needs.

Kenny, who joined Celtic from Sligo Rovers in January 2022, has one year remaining on his contract. His recent performances have drawn praise, and his goal against Aberdeen showed his potential.
Kenny is attracting interest from Bolton and several other clubs, but he now faces renewed competition for minutes with Fulham striker Callum Osmand set to arrive. The Welsh forward is expected to join Brendan Rodgers’ first-team squad and challenge for a place in the side.
