Celtic’s injury crisis continues to deepen. Players are dropping like flies and there’s no respite for the few who are fit which will likely put their risk of injury higher.
One man who optimises our bad luck lately is Gorgios Giakoumakis. When he was finally fit to make the Celtic squad, he pulls something warming up on the sidelines during the game against Raith Rovers.

We’ve had nothing in the way of an update on the Greek striker since Thursday night until now.
Ange Postrcoglou faced the media after the 1-1 draw with Dundee Utd and revealed the striker has an outside chance of making the Aberdeen game.
Considering Ajeti of our only fit striker, it should be welcome news. The way things are going, the Greek player will likely suffer a setback.
Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou says Juranovic will have a scan on a hamstring injury. Giakoumakis should return to training this week & could be fit for Aberdeen. McCarthy was taken off as a precaution.

Kyogo isn’t due back until after the international break, neither is James Forrest or Christopher Jullien.
Cal Mac could be fit for Sunday but we just don’t know.
Before that game, we have the small matter of a game against Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday.
