Celtic has set its sights on Danish goalkeeper Peter Vindahl Jensen to fill the sizable shoes left by Joe Hart, who retired at the end of last season after a trophy-laden stint with the club.

Stephen McGowan of MailSport reports that the ‘keeper is now Celtic’s first choice to replace Joe Hart.
Vindahl Jensen, currently with Sparta Prague, has emerged as Celtic’s top target for the crucial No 1 spot, with the club reportedly ready to pay upwards of £4 million to secure his services.
Negotiations for the Danish shot-stopper were ongoing last week, though there have been no updates on any formal bid or agreement with either the player or Sparta Prague.
Hart’s departure marks the end of an era at Celtic, where he contributed significantly to the team’s success, winning three consecutive league titles, two League Cups, and a Scottish Cup during his three-year tenure.
Vindahl Jensen, should he join, will be expected to continue this legacy of success in goal for Celtic.
