The Ghirls have faced several English opposition in pre-season so far, as they prepare to take their first venture into the Champions League.

Next month, they will face off against Spanish side Levante in Norway and should they progress in that fixture, play the winners of Rosenborg or Minsk to reach the next round of the competition.

Alonso will be looking to build on last seasons successful campaign, which saw his side finishing 2nd. It’s early days in pre-season, but things are looking very positive ahead of the new season.
