Celtic Way Closed; A Glasgow Derby Like Never Before

Celtic take on their Glasgow rivals in the early afternoon kick off.

The bhoys haven’t been anywhere near up to the standards they set over the past four years when it’s come to this campaign.

They have an opportunity this afternoon to get a bit of belief and professional pride back when they take on Steven Gerrard’s men.

This will be the second Glasgow Derby at Celtic Park with the stadium still closed. However, this time the security around the stadium has been tightened so nobody can get near front of Celtic Park.

There was a worry this game wouldn’t go ahead after The Rangers fans broke a stay at home order and descended on Glasgow. The club has had to urge people to stay at home and they’ve also made it impossible for fans to congregate outside the immediate grounds of Celtic Park.

There’s pride at stake today and the players really owe the support a win in this fixture.

Let’s hope the bhoys can do it on the pitch and everyone stays at home.
