Celtic v Hibs; Everything You Need to Know

HIBS travel to Celtic Park on Saturday, looking to get back onto their good form after falling to defeat against Dundee United midweek.

Celtic are also looking to return to winning ways, after RB Leipzig ended the Hoops’ Champions League hopes by winning against the Scottish champions on Tuesday night.

The Glasgow side have the chance to extend their lead at the top of the table, with The Rangers playing on Sunday. The Ibrox side travels to Motherwell, looking to bounce back from the 7-1 humiliation.

Celtic are looking to keep a clean sheet, with their last one against The Rangers in September.

The new bar at Celtic Park will be open tomorrow, with first entries at 11.30. It can be accessed from the doors that leas to the Kerrydale suite and will be operated on a first-come first-serve basis. Last orders will be at 2.30, before it reopens at 4.45.

How to Watch the Match

With it being a 3 pm kick off, there is no legal way to watch the match in the UK and Ireland. For those outwith, Celtic TV are streaming the game.

Officials

VAR is not in operation for this weekend’s fixtures, with the technology getting its debut next Friday when Hibs face St Johnstone.

The referee for Saturday’s match is Steven McLean. He’ll be assisted by Frank Connor and Craig Ferguson. The Fourth Official is David Munro.

Jota, Turnbull, Welsh and Starfelt will all miss the match, with Postecoglou confirming their injuries.

Abada will be available for selection, after he couldn’t finish the midweek Champions League match.
