Both Liel Abada and Tom Rogic, in particular, enjoyed the first 45 minutes, given the duo’s contribution to three opening goals.
Throughout the 90 minutes, the Socceroos internationalist was a constant threat to the Motherwell backline, causing all sorts of problems on his return to the side and showing the strength and depth of the side.
Starfelt might have been somewhat of a surprise to some. However, the backline, including the 26-year old, deserve huge credit for their contributions to the impressive form that Postecoglou’s side have found in recent months.
