Celtic are well within reach of their second consecutive Scottish Premiership title with fans desperate for the club to seal its 53rd league triumph.
The Hoops are not long away from doing so and should they win their next five league games, they will be crowned champions of Scotland.
Fears over a potential bump in the road, though, have been banished. Many believed football in Scotland would be affected by the coronation of King Charles on the weekend of May 6th however according to the Daily Record, that is not going to be the case.
Despite plenty of games being moved South of the border, football in Scotland will remain unaffected.
The weekend games may have been moved (May 6th) is when the first round of post-split fixtures are due to take place.
If Celtic keep winning, they would be 12 points clear with four games to go following this round and one victory away from winning the league.
If fixtures were postponed, it may have delayed the title win and resultant celebrations although this is, thankfully for the Hoops, not the case.
This is a huge boost for Ange Postecoglou and his men as the Australian heads towards his second title in two seasons in Glasgow’s east end.
