Celtic Submit Loan with Obligation to Buy for Winger – Report

Celtic has reportedly put forward a loan proposal to Lazio for Gustav Isaksen, with terms including an obligation to buy.

The 23-year-old Danish forward, who has shown promising glimpses of his capabilities is currently being utilized mostly as a substitute by Lazio.

This season, Isaksen has already made an impact, scoring one goal in 43 minutes across two appearances.

Before his tenure at Lazio, Isaksen demonstrated significant prowess at Midtjylland, where he notched 22 goals and contributed nine assists, two seasons ago now.

His performance there earned him the move to Lazio last summer. During his time in the Serie A, he also faced Celtic in the Champions League, where he managed to assist in Lazio’s 2-0 victory over the Scottish side in Rome.

As reported by Il Corriere Dello Sport [via Lazialita], Celtic’s offer is currently under consideration by Lazio, with no specific transfer fee mentioned yet for the proposed obligation to buy.
